My services come in Packs, Kits, and Consultations, but you can mix and match for a homebrewed combination of services. In any case, we will sit down for a meeting to discuss your aims and goals for the project to make sure they fit your selection. You only pay for the initial meeting if you choose to move forward with the project. You can hire me for a particular project or keep me on, on an ongoing basis. My specialties lie with streamers, discords, startups, indie game companies, and small communities. Rates vary by Pack and Kit. Although money is the normal exchange for my services I also work in trades for other types of skillsets. For larger companies and communities please contact me for my rates. Payment schedules are determined based on the project. I take PayPal and track time using Toggl.

The Basics
I primarily use 4 different types of research in my work: 1.) Participant Observation, 2.) Interviewing, 3.) Surveying, and 4.) the collection of the academic knowledge on the contextual topics that impact your communities. To learn more about each of these techniques, click on the images below.
Kits
Each Kit is built specifically for you and your project and come equipped with the tools for you to implement the research yourself. These are the cheapest options as I create the base tools and you take it from there. We can always modify Kits, mixing and matching as necessary. Each of these is fairly basic and based on Surveys and Interviews. Although I can provide more in depth Kits I will need to know more about your project, and will generally recommend including some consulting hours unless you already have someone trained in qualitative research that will be conducting the study.

Each Pack below serves a particular purpose. Health Packs start at 10 hours and $600. They checkup on the health of your community or team or are designed to get you through an ongoing crisis. Knowledge Packs increase your knowledge about your community and start at 50 hours and $3,250. Packs are organized by color and increase in cost as you read left to right. Consultation
I am happy to consult on any ongoing or proposed project that fits within my specialties. I can review documents, demonstrate particular research techniques, present workshops on research, help in the process of setting up a project or a team, or complete analysis on research you’ve already conducted.
