There are 2 types of Surveys I offer.
- A survey your community members or users take. Surveys come in a broad range of types and lengths depending on what type of information you are looking for.
- Quantitative data – data that can easily be statistical models or broken down into numbers – for instance how many of your community members play ttrpgs, video games, and larps? What types of services do they appreciate most? If you were to publish a new ttrpg, what type would your members be most interested in? These surveys are often fast and easy to take.
- Qualitative data – these often contain space for survey takers to explain what they mean in their own words with open ended questions. If we were to make slice of life ttrpg, what mechanics are important to you? If we ended X service how would this impact the way you use our product or engage in our community?
- A Mix – you might want to mix and match these types of questions, especially if you are looking for more general information on who your community members are, who is using your product, or how they are using your product or platforms.
- A survey of already existing data. In this case you aren’t asking your community members anything, instead I would take the raw data you have (from social media platforms, your website, or previous surveys) to pull together a report. If you want to know who is using on your Facebook and Twitter pages I can pull the statistical data from these sites, and create a report. If you want to know how people are engaging with your socials I can do an in depth look at the history with your platforms.
In either case you can hire me for various levels of research.
- You just want me to write the survey? We’d sit down to meet and discuss your goals for the survey, I would create it, and hand it to you to implement.
- You want me to write the survey, help you distribute it, and analyze the data? I can definitely do that. The analysis and creation of the report would depend on your research goals. .
- Surveying other forms of data often takes time. A discussion with you on what you are looking for will help you give you a quote.
